The change does make me wonder whether the possible investment might be a 40%+ investment, though of course it might not be and it was more to do with giving value to shareholder in the club, rather than the holding club, though that could have been done years a go. Though then again we now have a load more new shareholders in the club, do this now gives some value to their shares?????
