Another day passes with no signings…what are these numpties doing?

numpties? we don't have numpties anymore, not outside of the terraces anyway.
Besides, much of our business is being discussed away from the city ground but the actual contracts will be drawn up and finalised inside the city ground and signed there. So negotiations with agents, negotiations with clubs, verbal agreements with players, documents produced and players arranging travel plans at convenience. A few weeks to sort out in these cases. Then of course many players themselves need an actual break/holiday and thats just gonna happen now too, when else? I think BJ was on holiday til the other day for example, Thats the norm rather than the exception Id imagine. oh Cooper too, how dare he.
A few weeks work,.

Taiwo Awoniyi to Nottingham Forest The Nigerian has been in this morning to collect his things and said his goodbyes to Union Berlin players and staff. Been told the plan is a media day with him today & tomorrow, official announcement Thursday Night/Friday.
