As I understand it this was more of a technical matter as a youth player they thought was registered wasn't but he only came on for the last few minutes. Not really a matter to get our knickers in a twist over

I disagree. I'm sure with a bit of work we can come up with a formula that will get us promoted on the basis of this transgression.

very simple really. Teams with bearded goalkeepers get an extra 50 points per penalty save in the last 4 weeks of the played season. Quite similar to Tranmere's proposal I believe
