So then, Talk TV...

"Next up on the BBC, a one hour special asking 'Why are we so obsessed with Partygate'."

Although this may be hard for some to grasp, all politicians are lying and corrupt. Picking out one guy for lying, when you lie all day yourself, isn't the standard we'd hope for of our elected leaders, but its what we have come to expect. Only someone as out of touch as Starmer could imagine that he can tell us Boris hasn't had a wash, when he's got a grimy face himself.

However, having journalists spend the first 8 minutes of a 10 minute interview with our Prime Minister on a piece of cake that may or may not have been eaten two years ago, in a brief 'Happy Birthday' with colleagues that he spent 18 hours a day with anyway, is beyond 'holding him to account'. It is vindictive and based on hatred and we should not allow this from the caring left or anyone else. They are trying to get Boris out 'by any means', and that is wrong. Boris works for us, all of us, not the skinny oat latte mob from Islington.

I'm not overly bothered if Talk TV is better than GB News. I am delighted that it is another voice, another place to go to listen to other opinions, more balanced and more interesting for it. The sooner we pull the plug on the BBC the better. It is corrupting and corrosive.

The sad fact is people in our society who have been hoodwinked by propaganda is increasing, social engineering is indeed a success story.

The superb Sophie Rayworth.. How many people didn't break Covid rules at some time. Much ado about nothing.
