Not Ward unfortunately, but Walker, McDonagh, Evtimov,Erlandsson, Yates and Iacovitti are back. Do we think any of them will have a squad place tomorrow? Surely Walker could do a better job on the right than Dumitru? Can't believe the GK's are any worse than Henderson either!
 
Interesting that Brereton and Edser were in the squad,but none of the six returning loanees. Does this mean that Brereton is now more highly rated than Tyler Walker, or is Walker not yet match fit after his injury?

There is no recall clause for Ward. Nigel said Forest were the only club who didn't request one.

Yes I realise that. Loaning players to clubs in the same division is ridiculous. Imagine if Ward helps keep Burton up, and we go down because of that. Probably not quite as stupid as Derby loaning Chris Martin to Fulham though!

With Dimi back, Erlandsson is now number 5 in the pecking order so he will have to leave - either on loan or permanently - to get games. Same situation applies to Jordan Smith, number 4 keeper. Unless Gary Brazil uses his knowledge of the younger players to give them a go.
