Has it gone too far now ? Who do we want as his replacement if he does go.

Yes, no one can defend the indefensible.
Sunak or Truss.
I am leaning towards Truss having reviewed her ministerial career, she has a wide range of experience.
Plus she has quite nice tits.!
On one hand, it's clear that he should stand down. On the other, it's clear that this behaviour is how he has always behaved and it was clear that this was his character prior to the election, yet he was voted in. So is there a case to be made that this is exactly the type of PM that England wants the UK to have?
Not really, I think that's a little trite criticism. He was voted in because we wanted out of the EU and by and large has achieved that without all the doomsters being proved right that we would collapse in a heap - there is a lot more to do of course, but then most of us all knew that would be the case.
He's served his purpose, but he's also shown that he loves chucking money around and can almost be (if you almost close your eyes) a liberal-socialist.
We need radical, economy ripping and lower taxation as our key targets now, most will accept we have to pay for the UK governments largesse to get us almost intact through this pandemic - but growth and economic activity is now above pre-pandemic levels - as is employment.
The big evil now will of course be inflation; which is hitting the whole of Europe/the US and that will take a new more detailed set of measures.
He's done his job, he can go now and we can move on to a more 'conventional' PM.
