She's failed to produce them (despite saying they were in her friends and hers possession - physically and in USB backup form) ever since she first made the claim, and she completely walked away from the allegations back in 2016 - something restated by the NYP in 2019, after she secured her own settlement in 2018.
 
Update - she's contradicted herself again today and claims they do exist, and still hasn't shown them according to the Indy.

Russell Brand has been charged with rape, indecent assault and sexual assault between 1999 and 2005.

The charges relate to four separate women.

In a short statement, the Metropolitan Police said it had written to Brand to inform him that he was being charged with one allegation of rape, one allegation of indecent assault, one of oral rape and two further counts of sexual assault.

Not surprised the Brand story has come to charges. Not even in the country now is he?

There was a tribunal a few years ago which concluded that since baldness is far more likely to happen to men that referring to it constitutes a form of sexual harassment. Kind of like talking about Stacey from accounts tits is sexual harassment.

Women can go bald since female pattern balding is a real thing and of course anyone can get alopecia but it statistically much more likely to happen to men over the course of their lives.

It's funny that Elon Musk is in the Epstein files after he outed Trump for being in them. I guess he thought he was in the clear.
