I must be a little naughty here and suggest it will be interesting to see the queue outside the 'new' office on Saturday afternoon. Not nice for those in the queue perhaps.
Having said that, I cannot fault the (endeavours of the) office staff in their ability to sort a problem I had recently in not only an extremely efficient manner, but also within one hour of an email I had sent to Dawn. So, please have faith that all will come good. It may be a good idea, though (as someone suggested earlier) for people with a problem to turn up as early as they possibly can.
