Does this mean an announcement on the ownership / investment of the club is close?

Season tickets are now on sale for the 2018-19 Sky Bet League One campaign, with prices once again frozen for adults and seniors (60+)*.
Until Friday 27 July, 2018, supporters can purchase a standard adult season ticket for just £220 (equivalent of £9.56 per game), while a standard senior season ticket costs £170 (£7.39 per game).
The teenage category has reverted back to an under-18 season ticket for 2018-19 and one of those is available to purchase for £100.
Season tickets for disabled supporters are priced within the relevant adult/senior/under-18 category, though include a free ticket for a carer. Proof of high, medium, or enhanced rate disability required.
 
Just heard that the latest from the ground is that it's cash only for season tickets as the card machine isn't "working":grinning:
 
Bloomfield Road have confirmed card facilities won't be available this weekend!
Blackpool FC this afternoon that they are unable to offer card payment facilities at the stadium this weekend.
Fans are encouraged to take cash to the stahdium as this will include all stadium pay points, including the ticket office, concourse refreshment areas and hospitality areas.
