Interested to see if that's true I think it might be because we have hit a snag with
the Gomis deal. I also think the snag was put there to stall and see who we
could get cheapest. I would bet that we have no plans on picking both of them up.

Fook off this is just pure shite and Fatman's philosophy is there for all to see. Buy cheap or as cheap as you can get and send off the old scout on a wild goose chase to throw other clubs off the scent :17:

It's an interesting idea that Ashley pays off Joe to the tune of, say, £1m.

If he has a scapegoat for not spending £30m this summer, Ashley will be laughing all the way to the casino.

Just see if he can find the line to cross. Top drawer player but I won't be supporting him after his decision in January. Another **** added to the club
 
wont be supporting him after his decision is just stupid, im sure you wouldnt turn down one employer for another offering double the money would you!
 
An admirable stance Carl, although I doubt the hierarchy will care if the people smart enough to boycott don't support remy, it's the happy clappers that give them a power base that they care about (although that's still not a lot of caring). And woppytoon, I imagine most of us probably would choose one employer over another if they were offering us double the money, but we'd probably also have the balls to admit we were doing it for the money and not spout some guff about the one offering us more being a better "project" when it blatantly wasn't
