Then he makes a decision so obviously wrong that he makes even rating him a waste of time.

So N/A is my rating.

I make you right. He was good until that criminal decision.
Let's not kid ourselves that he's cost us promotion. We missed a sitter at 3-1 to put it to bed, which alone also hasn't cost us promotion.
We've had one or two soft penalty decisions ourselves, albeit not as clearly wrong as that one!
