Premier League Wage Bills

While The Independent announces that Manchester United have overtaken their rivals City for the highest wage bill of all Premier League clubs, the South Wales Evening News tell us that Swansea City are in the top two in terms of outperforming their wage bill with only Southampton bettering them!
