Interesting that hardly anyone predicted a Forest win. hep cat said 1-0, but it's not clear who to!
I avoid predictions, but had a feeling that we'd beat Luton 3-0 or 3-1, and that we'd draw the home game with Reading. Last night I got no message at all, was just tense and quite annoyed to find I couldn't pay a tenner to watch it live.
So when I heard the goal go in on Radio Nottingham I did the dance round the room but stayed focused. Must keep the ball out of our net. Wipe the coal dust off the mantelpiece, drink more wine.
As it turned out, the players needed no help from me. Against a good footballing side who were going for their 6th home win in a row (I think someone said), that was a stunningly good performance.
