Wondering when we’ll get to “see” Tyler. I get he’s behind the others but thought he could have had 15 minutes. Could be a while before we see him in a league game if he’s got to catch up these amount of minutes.

Mark Kennedy said today that Walker was three weeks behind everybody else. Three weeks back from today was a week before the first friendly (v Stockport), so by that reasoning (which might be total rubbish!) we might expect him to get his first minutes of match action next Saturday against Rotherham.

City's pre-season campaign is going well, unbeaten after five games, scoring 14 goals and conceding just 4. However, all four goals conceded have been the opening goal of game - possibly a sign of a lack of intensity early on that needs to be ironed out before the season proper begins?

How many minutes for Hackett?
 
Even without taking the Harrogate game into account, the minutes seem to have been very well-managed, with the majority of what now looks to be the first choice XI getting similar numbers at the top of the list. The rest have also had good game time including many of the young pros - at least MK can't be accused of not having a good look at some of them.

They are also being careful with the scheduling for Bishop and Jackson for injury reasons, and Brown and Walker because they started their pre-seasons behind the rest.

Everything looks logical and well-considered.
 
Hayden Cann kept Jonson Clarke-Harris quiet tonight as Peterborough Sports pulled off a 1-0 win over neighbours Peterborough United, who split their squad with another game at Bedford.
