It’s a hard one this. Clearly payet having a bottle thrown at him whilst taking a corner is wrong. Dangerous even.
But payet then throwing the bottle at a crowd of people, all bar one who didn’t throw the bottle now at risk of injury?
A child could have lost an eye.

There was definite malice in the way he threw it back plus the way the ball or whatever it was that was kicked into the crowd.
