Seems to be leaving Chelsea as they look to sign Filipe Luis. Did a very good job for us a few seasons back, be it in the Championship, but still looked decent. Might be worth a bid especially with our influx of Dutch players.

The lad was class without being here long enough to be Pardewed. Mind you, he was here under a decent coach.

I can see Dummett moving inside to play alongside Colo and Santon will probably not be ready before the transfer window closes.

Despite being the 2nd most positive transfer window since Ashley arrived, we are still in surplus over the last year and have huge gaps in defence and up front.

Narrowly missed out on the Dutch squad if I recall. Was quality when he was here. Chelsea really are an awful little club mind aren't they.

P V A's career to date is a classic example of players stepping up more quickly than they should do. De Bruyne, PVA, and Lukaku at Chelski plus Zaha at Mancs are other examples.

Rather than move to the big club immediately and get lost within the squad of multi million pound players (that these clubs seem to think they need), why not take a mid career step and join NUFC the club that likes to think its big.
