Anyone remember before the old Wembley was knocked down there was a suggestion that a new national stadium might be built in Birmingham instead of London. It got laughed at endlessly but obviously fucking Manchester, which already has one taxpayer built stadium housing a football team, must be taken seriously.

This bloke is the richest man in Britain, not that he actually resides here because like all rich brexit fans he is officially a resident of a tax haven (Monaco) so he doesn't even contribute to the taxes that would pay for Utd's stadium.

Why must London and Manchester get everything ffs.
All this while our city council try and get us to pay to build the rail infrastructure to support our ground redevelopment that we will pay for ourselves - jokers

I think, with the Birmingham Council being skint, this may be the real reason we've put stadium redevelopment on hold as they can't afford to upgrade the rail system that's needed
