Just looking at our fixtures chaps, got be a real chance there to cement us in the top 6 or even better dare I say it. There isn't one fixture there we shouldn't be capable of getting something from on this form.

That thought crossed my mind too, but I do believe we have moved on under SL. We could go top Friday night if we win our 3rd league game on the trot, anyone know when we last did that ?
 
Yeah, it would be absolutely unbelievable.

9 games in to the season and IF we beat Stoke away we will be top.

Also, IF QPR v West Brom ends in a draw, Leeds lose away at Charlton, Swansea lose at home to Reading and Preston v Bristol City ends in a draw we will stay top.

My balls are tingling lads. The third star is on its way!
 
Although you are correct, so is ZedRed. Let’s go one game at a time. We are functioning with one striker and one right back at present. Two days rest between Arsenal and Stoke then two games following week. Could easily go pear shape before Oct arrives. Cautious but hopeful. The Forest injury curse is yet to strike. I remember a time Forest were 7 games in, in top 6 and undefeated. Hobbs, Cohen and Reid all got injured same match, BA a few later. All out for remainder of season and were never same again. Reid never kicked a ball for Forest again. Feet on ground and head down.
 
No easy games, stoke away will be tough, blackburn away will also be tough imo. Bradly dack always a handful.

Agree with the basic tho we have the ability to take something from all those games
 
I didn't read the opening post. Don't want to see future fixtures.

I'll take one game at a time. My only focus is Stoke City.

Apart from Reading they are all teams we have struggled against in recent years, but then thinking about it it's difficult to think of teams we haven't struggled against in recent years, so will remain cautiously optimistic
