NW Club's Ambitious Ground Redevelopment

Stockport are about to submit plans to increase capacity to 18,000 from circa 10,800. Very ambitious. No idea where the money is coming from but there is a very impressive presentation available highlighting their ambitions and the tie up with the community. Envious!

Currently they are losing 2-0 to Salford, Garbutt and Tilt the scorers!

Came back to draw 2-2 and are in the 2nd automatic spot in League Two. Club to keep an eye on.

Definitely, quite a partisan following. Only visited once. A rare win there, 2-0 with Mike Flynn starring. The one who also played for them. The area round the ground is a bit rough. That said so is most of Stockport! I agree though they will be back rubbing shoulders with us soon as well as Wrektum.
