Can we please bring a new rule into being regarding eventual new signings?

I think that anyone suggesting we take a look at, for example, Fankaty Dabo or Uche Ikpeazu should, when posting, make the phonetic pronunciation of the name available because I am having a bad time trying to figure out how say them.

I think I may end up like Trigger and just call them all Dave.

Fankaty Dabo is pretty easy to pronounce, it's basically phonetic. Uche Ikpeazu isn't hard to figure out either. Am I missing something?
