If anyone actually cares about why they didn't get the Emergency Alert, it's because the phone networks are supposed to rebroadcast the message over a period of about 20 mins. Any devices that didn't receive it the first time should receive it at some point in that window.

For some reason Three only sent it once so most didn't get it.

We would all have died in the nuclear fire at the same time anyway so it probably doesn't matter too much.

Depends -liquid fueled missiles take awhile to prep.
Solid fueled (coke and such like) are ready to go.
But with those new hydroponic missiles, I think you have to wait for them to grow.

I was expecting the alarm to set off the instructions in Bill Gates' chip that I received with the Covid jab.
