Karanka brought together a group of strangers and needed time for them to work out how each other played.
MON came in and had to rebuild the defence at the same time as the strikers had just dropped form.
We need to lose half the squad and sign 3/4 key positions over the summer.
We need to have a stable squad and to do that we need to keep the faith with a manager for longer than 10 months.
Why not MON?
