I like the idea he's tired from a newborn and the Cowley's have had the good thoughts to rest him on the bench.Hardly leave if hes on the bench
We may still need him if Akinde is injured so on the bench but I doubt we'll see him today

Hands up who predicted that team!?
PGR take the lead at Northampton just before HT.
Paul are you going to keep us up to speed with games around the country?
Hortin keeps mentioning James pymm think he means Wilson is on the bench. Pymm plays for Exeter!
Great it interfered with my drinkingAs usual I hope.

No I trust DC, and he played O’Connor in the cup against them so I think he would have trusted MOC. Vale don’t have Pope so I wouldn’t expect as many long hoofs up the middle as they don’t have that target man. Our counter to them is more likely Wharton to add a bit more covering pace.Maybe Danny has made these changes for tactical reasons, irrespective of what he has said about injuries? O'Connor is a former Vale player, so perhaps would have got too wound up; Vale would have laid their plans based upon Akinde playing, not Rhead; and Vale whack the ball long down the middle, which City are countering through a third centre back; who knows?
We had two Matt Rheads in the side too when he first announced it just after 2pm.
Stuff of nightmares. We had two Matt Rheads in the side too when he first announced it just after 2pm.
Shackell out Anderson inHortin said a possible last minute change to our starting 11 :eek!:
