Match Thread: Boreham Wood V Lincoln City

Without getting ahead of ourselves, their home record is terrible (most recent first):

BW 1 Northwich 2
BW 0 Chester 0
BW 2 Gateshead 3
BW 2 Hornchurch 1
BW 0 Aldershot 1
BW 2 Welling 0
BW 0 Altrincham 1
BW 0 Wrexham 1
BW 2 Bromley 3
BW 1 Grimsby 3
BW 1 Woking 1
BW 0 FGR 1
BW 3 Halifax 1

In all competitions, that makes 3 wins, 2 draws and 8 defeats, with only 2 wins in the league all season. They have played 5 teams from the top half of the table and lost all 5.

This has to be a win.

The stats all add up to an away win.

We have the fourth best away record, won 5 out of the last 6 and actually won more away than at home.

Bit wary of this one, though. Hopefully they're still as bad at defending as they were at our place.

Oh, and I don't think Hearn will start. I doubt he'll do 3 games in a week so I suspect Wootton will come in tonight and Hearn back in on Saturday.

Look Hull said commentary at 8. I assume they are wrong and it is still starting at 7.45.

Hope Hawkridge takes his chance back in the first 11 with both hands. Surprised Hearn is fit to play but Wooton is a good option of the bench if he can't last 90.
