I'm not totally sure but my guess would be the year we just missed out on promotion to league 2 under Colin Murphy. 1981/82. I've just had a look and it was....77pts. Which was first season of 3pts for a win.I see why you asked! I'm just guessing though, I'm not sure

77 points is the figure I heard. Maybe that confirms it. Potential record breaking season then (maybe).
