Alright lads, how are we all?

I had a pretty miserable day yesterday. Feeling much better today though, had a good workout this morning have had just had a smoked salmon salad and diet coke for lunch.

Salt beef dripping and lard butty, bottle of white lightning, 2 roll ups.

I think its mooted that its because if its grated, theres more surface area to touch your tongue (taste buds). Thats what ive been told anyway.

One good thing to come out of lockdown is my wife has started making chicken, cheese, pesto onion and red pepper paninis for lunch. They are marvellous.

I love it sprinkled on beans on toast . Doesn't sound quite so sophisticated does it?

We set ourselves a task to eat around the world this week. Had fajitas on Monday, Veggie Stir Fry on Tuesday, Bangladeshi Curry on Wednesday, Paella on Thursday, Fish and chips today and Pasta il forno tomorrow.
Still not decided on Sunday's treat yet.
