Lasse Sorensen Signing?

Do we know if or long he was under contract at Stoke? Undisclosed fee, I might have misread but seemed some hint on Twitter a record fee?

He signed a 'long term contract' in 2018 with Stoke - so anywhere between three years with extension options and five years. I'd suggest it was nearer the first.

Incidentally, by the looks of it he's our first Dane, and our first Scandinavian if you don't count Alex Bradley, who's declared for Finland.

Incidentally (and think I'm right about this), the Viking Way goes along Scorer Street .

Welcome to the Bank Lasse 👏👏. Intriguing looking signing - guess the first job for MA is to figure out where he plays in the team. At the moment it looks like about four or five positions, which is good in itself. I did see mention about him being a Sam Clucas type of midfielder. Wherever it is, MKD was clearly the wrong team as he played far too many forward passes 🤔. Going to be interesting.

Sam Clucas has perhaps done us a favour unwittingly. Sorensen was mooted for Stoke's first team this season if Clucas moved on - it would appear that they decided to let Sorensen leave once Clucas had signed his new contract, which he did last week.
