I will also just point out (mischievously) that this sort of thing builds fan loyalty and keeps fans coming to games and supporting the club even when events on the pitch aren't quite going the way we would like sometimes...

Yes, not quite as bad as it seems as the max was 80, so full marks on Dialogue.
