Possibly the quality of the opposition. Unfortunately, as Norwich are highly unlikely to play Troyes in a competitive match, we'll never get a real handle on whether or not the bottom teams in our league are better than the bottom teams in the other European leagues. The money in our league suggests that our 'lesser' teams can buy better players than their equivalents elsewhere, and this will only get 'worse' with the new TV deals, but I'm not sure how this can be proved :048:
