Huel food supplement

What's your opinion on this so called complete food replacement? It's 2000kcal a day taken by four shakes. The inventor claims it could eventually end the world food shortage & it's sure to please Juan as its completely vegan.

Read an article on someone who tried this for one of the fitness mags

As you would suspect, the conclusion was it drained the pleasure out of life.

I like protein shakes and a bit of this and that supplement wise but that word is the absolute key for me, it's a supplement to your diet not a replacement.

Meh would be my opinion.

I agree with the fear. Life is meant to be enjoyable. If we want to stop food waste we need to educate people from an early age.

I can see it now.... all the top chefs in the world going on strike to protest about Huel.

Personally, I don't think it'll catch on, but you'll get some who will use it.
