GTF: "Here is a logical reason to move the football calendar for the next 2 years"

Why do we need to have the "money spinning" tours? Of all football you would think international travel would be the last thing on anyone's mind. If Pep, or Jurgen need a friendly, why not take their 1st 11 to Barrow or some such place?
 
The logical reason being he’s a Liverpool fan?

The solution can’t come from people who have a vested interest in the outcome they are proposing.
 
I don't think anyone really wants summer football and ultimately this is what is being proposed here as that could easily become the norm if this is adopted. Very Premier League based option

Spot on. Very Premier League solution as if the other leagues don't matter. We'd have no football in the EFL from September to February based on this plan
