Great job Andy, great job

Well done to Andy at Dover pleased for them.I would think Andy would have to do something more remarkable to get the Gills job again. Like get a side promotion into the league.In saying that I would hope we would stick with Lovell if he keeps us up again.
 
I think Hess would get us playing better at home, but probably worse away. I'm not sure too many managers could match Lovell's away record for Gills.
