I hate to say but in the early days of NCFC we played in blue and white........aaarrgghh!

I can see exactly where his encouragement comes from. He already can see exactly who he should leave out of his squad. Unfortunately, it means, he has to start with the remaining players who have not been playing. Good luck with the big spend DW.
