It appears in the U23s fixture list on the Everton website.
 
It is supposedly under 21s plus allowance for a few over-age. it is irrelevant whether Everton principally have an under 23 grouping and any associated league/fixtures. Bit like the bespoke age/organisation of a local league where (essentially) our youth /U18 team plus others played occasionally last season.

I also think it is deliberately misleading that the OS omits the U21 reference and refers only to Everton

Agree. Those expecting to see Rooney exit Sincil Bank tunnel are in for a disappointing evening
