The French league gave Lille time off to concentrate on this game, in fact the last time they played was at Villa Park, so this extra time should be advantage Lille?

Overall, that was just awful. If this was unai's tactics of tiring lille out, rope a dope, can we just plough on now. Still sure someone is getting sent off with the amount of cards dished out. Do cards carry over?
 
I know Lille are playing better than us but they’re not better. This is like when Everton played Spurs and just can’t put the game beyond doubt. We should be dead and buried in this tie. We need to get the game by the balls now and show some quality.

I thought Zaniolo was still in the pitch trying to give away another goal with some of the decisions we made after the 90th minute.
