The obvious recent 1 is Wet Spam at Wembley but for me Baadiff 0 Orient 1 9th May 1978.

Agonising over scratching the greatest day of my supporting life...Pool v Baadiff....at least those smug Oystons wouldn't be sitting on our millions....can't quite bring myself to do it.

Bratford. would there of been Wembley joy, and of course would Big Sam have stayed on. added bonus Horwich would of missed his services.

Got to be pool v Cardiff team/fans deserved that victory, the owners didn't
 
2-0 up against United on a Tuesday night at BR.

Blatant foul on Vardey by Rafael in the box, lost 3-2.

Start of the rot.
 
Cardiff at Wembley too for me. At least we'd (sadly not belonging to us any more) only have suffered 2 relegations instead of 3 and the Oystain's would be significantly worse off.
