Loved the Kane goal. Won the initial 50/50, second favourite for the next challenge - won it. Protected the ball superbly as he ran on, teed it up under pressure as to exactly where he wanted it which then allowed him to pick a calm controlled finish of his choice.

If we had some decent defenders we would potentially be talking about a memorable side in three or four years time. There must be some defenders out there coming through surely.
 
well done to Southgate for qualifying with 2 games to spare.
italy were average (or made to look average?). Still made a few chances though.
If ever an England team should be set up to attack in a finals competition it is this one.
Especially considering the suspect defence, and edgy goalkeeper.
just need to sort the third man in central midfield… Rice, Bellingham and a.n. Other (not Phillips or Henderson).
 
England have got to be contenders next year, some superb talent. Some weaknesses to address too, but looking good overall.
 
We won't win anything if he keeps playing Phillips, every ball played to him went straight back to the passer, no wonder Giardiola doesn't use him, Phillips admitted after the game he needs games, go and tell Southgate that and step like anybody else would surely.The game was really good and the result, keep it going boys.
