why does pickford start so many of these meaningless games. surely southgate knows enough about him now. mainoo, toney, walker, dunk, gallagher, konsa get drafted in. it would make sense to get an alternative gl a few more minutes… just in case it finally dawns on southgate that pickford is a bit ‘unsteady’

agree. especially as he is not playing his preferred position. asked to adapt at 18 on full debut - sign of a quality footballer
