Currently on the crest of a three game winning wave, granted all against teams around us and only winning by one goal.
Will be a good yard stick to measure ourselves against a top ten side and those they have beaten in a similar position to us. Lose by more than two clear goals and we could use said yard stick to beat those responsible.

Cannot see us ending their winning run, can see us conceding two or more goals as the sh#tstorm continues.

Pools to win by a goal to nil, Bates switches formation to a back 3 of Harrison, Laing and George as sweeper!

Proves to be a watershed result for the remainder of the season.

Three points could see us jump up a couple of places as some of those around us have tough games or aren’t playing. So a good chance to build a bit of confidence and create a bit of breathing space while Bates takes stock.

Worse case scenario, we get beat, nothing changes, we stand still, at least we not going backwards.
