Does AN have to go ?

It's a no from me, why sack him after the Jan window? He needs time to try and build something rather than sacking after a poor run since the new year. If anybody thought this season would be easy they need to get real, staying up would be a success. Yesterday's performance convinced me that the players are playing for AN, as we all know whether it will be enough is in the balance. Howe and Martinez are media darlings and listen to the stick they were getting from their fans after yesterday! The boos were loud and clear on MOTD but let's face it us fans know far more than the managers don't we ?
 
Mangers are mostly ex players and most players are of low intelligence.
Managers may know more about football but they do not know more about a specific club than fans of 50 years support behind them.
It is the case of learning about the club and how it works and then applying
football knowledge to make that club work the best it can.
