Sounds like he's enough at Boston then from listening to his post match interview on radio lincs and is going to quit.

Decent manager imho. It appears he has to build a new team every season which will eventually beat him i think. He certainly has an eye for a player

Didn't have an eye for Simmo though - scored another 2 again today - may be recalled if he carries on like this. :pointy:

Something like 7 in 7 for him now i think?

Hortin & Thommo commented on Simmons' performance & goals during the game yesterday. They made a valid point IMO, which was who do you bring him back to replace.
He's left footed so presumably either Arnold or Robinson (or maybe Rhead if you play him off Robinson). In their opinion, best to keep him getting valuable game time & keep his confidence up with goal-scoring until maybe our circumstances change with injuries, recall of Robinson, etc. great to see him doing well but difficult decision for the club & Simmons.

Danny Cowley also seemed to keen to put Simmons in and amongst the promising young players we have at the club (he mentioned Woodyard, Raggett and Whitehouse...). This may have been good man-management but I hope he was genuine as I think Simmons does and will have something to offer...

Not sure who's going to recall Robinson but I get your drift !

Hmmm... Robinson can't be recalled as he does not have a club to recall him. However, another club could offer him a contract, semantics, perhaps.

Can't find them on Soccerbase, Stenhousemuir is the closest but he wouldn't go to Scotland !!!
