its still related to 'healty adults' but people over 50 and people with illness or conditions were exponentially more at risk, thats also a fact and we 'do' have to protect everybody,not just the healthy huh? lets not make out this was not serious and killing tens of thousands of people in every country lol

What's your point?

Someone with medical clout is trying to blame the BBC for scaring us unduly about covid...as I recall it was the government (mainly Boris and Matt Hancock) with its daily briefings and three word slogans, in full national emergency mode. The MSM merely reported it.

And it was a new disease which was killing quite a few people, probably sensible to lockdown rather than just let it rip.
