I'll go out on a limb here as I know what a lot of posters think about him, but congratulations on a well-deserved award. There's been a wholesale change at the Club over the past few years - the Training Ground, the Stadium, Champions League, Challenging for the PL........it doesn't happen by accident, its good management.
