Might be interesting that the office Tranmere fan (who is, I would say, one of life's realists) has resigned himself to perhaps catching Wimbledon as their last chance of staying up....

Tranmere are averaging around 1 point in every 4 so far this season. Keep that average and they'll get another 12 at best so finish on 35 points

No idea what Tranmere might get, but I'd be delighted with even 5 more points over rest of season. And even that will be a hard task.

A fair, although Portsmouth have 3 games in hand on us, as do Tranmere so it'll not take much for PO's to drift and Tranmere to close (not that I'm in the we're doomed camp).
