A club legend
He scored many, many memorable goals for City - perhaps none more crucial than the one against Wigan in the Play Off SF in 1999. Among my favourites though are the first against the rags in the final Maine Road derby when he skinned GFN to give us our first win in that fixture for 13 years and the one against Gillingham in the league in 1999 when, after a 1-2 with Benarbia, the latter back heeled the ball into the air for the Goat to volley it home.
