*Point of accuracy - for the record I don't think he made a poor pass which set up Muller's chance. I think it was the German player's boot when challenging him which sent it back towards the halfway line. Sterling may have been guilty of carelessness in not protecting the ball, but he didn't (IMO) misplace the pass.

Interestingly they fail to mention how he was singled out and scapegoated for England's poor performance at the Euros under Hodgson (including a crowdfunding effort to send him home).
