City dominate the PFA team of the year

I am very pleased to see Sergio in there at long last. Much too late, imho, but he has always been ignored because he plays for City. Had he been at any one of the others (rags dippers, Chelsea, Arse) he would have been in there every year.

No FERN? Who is the ball winner in that team.

Why would you need Erikson when you have the 2 magicians either of you, should have had 6!
 
Seems a little strange to do this with (guessing) about 6 league games of the season and the major cups still to play.
Why not wait until the end of the season before doing the survey?
If it's players of the year then it should be based on a full season.
It probably wouldn't have made much difference, but you never know.
 
Interesting how the team is structured - for instance it isn't the four best defenders but the best in each position - or is it, are the two central defenders the best two or the best playing on the left and the best on the right, as in the full backs.

Similarly in midfield - a defensive player would make a case for F25 in place of Eriksson unless you're picking the three most exciting players in the centre of the park.

And in attack I don't see how Aguero and Kane would thrive in that line up - for balance maybe exchange Aguero for Sane?
