The stats are suggesting a very even match, but we're looking toothless up front again.

2 slightly bizarre goals today, having seen them a few times on TV. Bristol Rover’s goal looked offside- 2 or 3 Gills players were already appealing when a player got to the byline to cut it back, the initial shot was inadvertently blocked by a Rovers player stood next to Holy in an offside position, just behind Garmston, but it ricocheted back to the striker to head it in.

For our goal, an enormous route 1 punt from Holy, Wilkinson shoved his marker away to try and get a flick on, but the defender wins the header and heads it into the back of Wilkinson which plays it through to List, his first touch is good, but he’s tackled and the defender inadvertently plays him through on goal, and List bundles his way through to slot it under the keeper after another defender fails with a last ditch sliding tackle!

Fantastic. Who would have thought back in October that you’d all be able to watch our last game of the season without us being long since relegated, or at least chewing your fingernails to the bone.

It will be relatively relaxing and maybe just watching and wondering if Plymouth will be celebrating or despondent.

Scunthorpe home to Plymouth on Tuesday, both fighting for that fourth play-off place. A draw could see a very important game for Plymouth on Saturday.
