Thats a good concept FFL - we (as in Vital) should get to debrief them after the fact, and then, after he leaves for a pittance, we then do a critical performance assessment and compare the debrief which what actually occurred.
Betting odds for a high degree of corrrelation probably in 3 figures to match the front end of the salary.
