Well I can tie with the three Quinn brothers Stephen, Alan and Keith - add Wayne and that's four.

In that case I can't beat four. I would have got five if crazy Claude Davis had an e in his name - perhaps he cut it out with a knife.

Brian, John (Jack), John C (Jack), Big Fred, Little Fred, Joe, Jeff, Paul, Tommy, William, and Tyler (yes, I know, only in the league cup). All the rest played in the FL - and all were Smith’s.
